1. On behalf of the petitioner, it is stated that one Vikram Advani is the only witness on behalf of the petitioner. He has already filed affidavit of evidence. His cross examination is now due to be conducted. On behalf of the respondent, the learned counsel states that he will also be leading evidence of one witness.

2. Considering the fact that the arbitration proceedings have commenced in 2017, it is obvious that the parties have delayed Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

2021.09.01 17:43:24 +0530 proceedings since they both are now seeking extension of time by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA 1/2 20.carbp-240-21.doc wadhwa

consent. One last opportunity can be granted and accordingly I pass the following order;

(i) Time to complete the reference and make an award is extended by six months from today.

(ii) No further extension will be granted or sought. Both learned counsel undertake not to seek further extension of time to complete proceedings.

(iii) The learned Arbitrator is requested not to grant any adjournment once dates for recording of evidence are fixed and the arguments are scheduled.

(iv) Petition is disposed in the above terms. (v) No costs.
