This is an application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time to complete arbitral proceedings. The respondent represented by Mr. Pandian states that the arbitration can be concluded within three months. In view of the aforesaid I pass the following order :

(i) Upon consent of the respondent time to complete arbitration proceeding is extended by four months from today. No further extension will be granted.
