The learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute that order impugned in the petition is appealable under section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
