The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the Act which has been brought into force namely "Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015" provided definition of "Non Resident Indian (NRI) in Section 2(n) of the said Act, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed.
