We do not find that there is deliberate or intentional non compliance of the order of which the contempt is alleged. Hence, in the circumstances of the case, specially when we have disposed of Writ Petition Nos.2086/2016 and 484/2016 by the consent order dated 03.10.2016, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. Order accordingly.
