The applicant seeks condonation of delay for initiation and completion of the process of registration of the property purchased from the Official Liquidator. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be no order as to costs. The formalities regarding transfer and registration shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from today.
