I have perused the averments made in the report and heard the learned Official Liquidator. For the reasons recorded in the Official Liquidator's Report No.34 of 2017, report is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The P.W. Department is directed to act on the authenticated copy of this order and shall take steps to carry out the cleaning work of the premises described in prayer clause (a) of the report expeditiously and before monsoon. The charges, if any, for carrying out the said cleaning work shall be paid by the learned Official Liquidator from the funds lying to the credit of the company in 1/2

20-olr34-17 liquidation.
