Heard the parties. The Petitioner is the retired employee who is claiming retiral benefits. The Notice of Motion No. 82 of

41. NMW 192.11.doc 2011 has been dismissed on account of the failure of the Counsel to remain present when the matter was called out. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it appropriate to allow the Notice of Motion No. 192 of 2011 and restore the earlier Notice of Motion No.82 of 2011 seeking restoration of the Writ Petition (Lodg.) No. 1155 of 2010. The Notice of Motion is allowed accordingly.
