The parties have arrived at consent terms in the suit. The signatories to the consent terms are present on this video conference hearing. The original consent terms are yet to be filed in the registry. On behalf of the parties, their learned counsel undertake to have the original consent terms filed in the registry within one week from today.

identified by Mr. Ravi Goyenka, the instructing Advocate and who states that his client is an aged person, unable to join this video conference hearing today, I pass the following order :- (i) There will be a decree in terms of the consent terms. (ii) Suit is disposed in terms of the consent terms. (iii) Prothonotary and Senior Master to act in accordance with the terms and provisions of clause 8 of these terms. (iv) Upon receipt of the consent terms, the same shall be marked X for identification. In the meantime, a soft copy of the consent terms shall be retained on record and marked as X for identification.

(v) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.

(vi) Notice of Motion and other miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed. All interim orders stand vacated. 3.
