Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the order dated 2212-2016 is set aside and the Suit is restored to file. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff states that the packets containing the Writ of Summons sought to be served on Defendant Nos.5 to 10 have been returned unserved. The Advocate for the Plaintiff is allowed to serve the said Defendants by substituted service i.e. through publication in local newspapers namely 'Free Press Journal ( in English) and Navshakti ( in Marathi), made returnable on 5 th May, 2017.
