Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Gulab Talumal Wadhwani who expired on 29.09.2022. The names of the legal heirs are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. All legal heirs mentioned in paragraph Nos. 3 & 4 are served. 5.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :-

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner under the provision of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying Kasturi Gulab Wadhwani (wife), Alkesh Gulab Wadhwani (son) and Hiresh Gulab Wadhwani (son) are the only legal heirs of the deceased i.e. Gulab Tilumal Wadhwani." 6.
