This Chamber Summons is taken out by the Plaintiffs for inspection of documents relied upon by Defendant Nos.1 to 6. Learned Counsel for Defendant Nos.1 to 5 offers to give inspection of original plans sanctioned by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) of the new building with ground floor flat Nos.5, 6, 7 and 8 to be used for a polyclinic, and also providing for a separate entrance to the polyclinic/nursing home and parking space for ambulance in the redeveloped property. Learned Counsel for Defendant Nos.1 to 5 also offers to given inspection of the documents listed at Sr. Nos.13, 17, 21 and 22 of Exhibit "A" to the affidavit in support of the chamber summons. In
