I have today passed an order disposing of Notice of Motion No.583 of 2013 in Suit No.261 of 2013. The present Notice of Motion is for substantially for the same reliefs. The reply in the previous motion discloses the involvement of the present Defendant Sanket Food Product Pvt. Ltd. It is for that reason this suit was filed. Although there are no replies in the present Notice of Motion, I will proceed on the basis that the two cases overlap and are identical. Consequently, for the reasons set out in the order 14 June 2016
