There are minor corrections regarding the affidavit of the consent of the minor and Priti, mother of the deceased in a Judge's order. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to submit the corrected copy of Judge's Order.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted affidavit of petitioner, consent affidavit of Priti, consent affidavit on behalf of the Minor Dhariya executed by the petitioner being the natural guardian, drafts of the release deeds, copy of the grant issued on 07.04.2021. As per the grants description of the properties are appeared to be proper.

3. BY this Judge's Order, the petitioner is seeking an order to release the right of the minor bing natural parent/Guardian of minor.

Hence, adjourned for considering this issue.
