By this Notice of Motion, the applicant who is the defendant in the suit has sought directions against the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to furnish all records pertaining to the suit property. 2.

The MCGM who is not a party to the suit and hence, the reliefs as prayed for, cannot be granted. Notice of Motion is devoid of any merits and is accordingly dismissed.
