I have perused the averments made in the Official Liquidator's Report and have heard the learned Official Liquidator. 2.

A perusal of the report indicates that though learned Official Liquidator has invited bids five times, no offers were received. In these circumstances, I am inclined to consider prayer clause (b) of the report and to permit the learned Official Liquidator to sell the immovable property by private treaty on the reserve price fixed at Rs.31,00,000/- and EMD at Rs.7,75,000/- on the terms and 1/2

2-olr30-17 conditions and sale notice approved by this Court in OLR No.69 of 2016 dated 9th March, 2016.

The learned Official Liquidator shall follow requisite procedure for selling the immovable property by private treaty. 4.

The Official Liquidator's Report is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
