The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Suit. The Advocate for the Plaintiffs tenders a copy of email dated 30th July, 2019 which is sent by the Plaintiffs to the Advocate for the Plaintiffs informing the Advocate that pursuant to award dated 19th February, 2019 passed by the Arbitrator, the Plaintiffs have decided to withdraw the above Suit and therefore, the Advocate has been instructed to withdraw the Suit. The email dated 30th July, 2019 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Permission is granted. The Suit is disposed of as withdrawn. The Plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court Fees in accordance with the Rules.

The date of this order shall be treated as the date of the application for refund of Court Fees.
