1] On 10th June 2015, the matter was stood over to 24th June 2015, since it was very old matter and the Advocate wanted to check on the status and obtain instructions.

2] On 24th June 2015 the learned Counsel for the plaintiffs stated that they had yet to receive full and complete instructions from their clients and requested one more chance. The matter was, therefore, stood over to 8th July 2015 and it was made clear that on that date no further time will be granted and if the plaintiff does not proceed with the matter, the suit will be dismissed.

YBG ss4153-00.doc 3] Today when the matter is called out, learned Counsel for the plaintiffs states that they have no instructions and particularly plaintiffs' representative was to remain present in court, but, nobody is present today.
