By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking waiver of and dispense with the compliance of issuing the Notice under the provisions of Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Considering the averments in the Interim Application for waiver of notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC and particularly taking note of the fact that, the Respondent is being represented by its Advocate, the relief sought for in the Interim Application is granted. Hence, the following order:- (i) The compliance with issuance of Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC is dispensed with.
