Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, however, keeping open all contentions of the petitioner. Allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for.

Learned Counsel for the parties would agree that the arbitral proceedings are pending for quite sometime and to be more precise since 2013. Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that it would be in the interest of justice that the arbitral proceedings are concluded as expeditiously as possible. The learned sole arbitrator shall endeavour to conclude the arbitral proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31 March 2020.
