By an order dated 19.08.2016 it was made clear that if plaintiffs do not comply with the directions given in that order, the suit will stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court. Plaintiffs have not complied with the directions. On 30.09.2016, the plaintiffs were given further time till today. Even now, nothing has been done. Therefore, the suit stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
