This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by an Adhoc Committee which is not registered under the provisions of any law. Hence, the petitioner is not a legal entity and therefore, at the instance of the petitioner, the present petition cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

However, this order will not prevent the aggrieved persons from filing appropriate proceedings for claiming reliefs in terms of the

oswp1122 prayers in this petition.

All contentions of the parties are kept open.
