This notice of motion is taken against defendants and the respondents in respect of certain properties stated to be the properties of the suit firm. The plaintiff has sought appointment of Court Receiver and an order against Receiver restraining him from surrendering symbolic possession of the land described in prayer (b) of the notice of motion.

The respondents have developed certain part of the suit land. A tall skyscraper has been constructed. It is too late in the day to pass any orders for the suit land. 3.
