I have perused the averments made in the Official Liquidator's Report and have heard the learned Official Liquidator. 2.

By this Official Liquidator's Report, the learned Official Liquidator seeks permission to pay 11.15% dividend to 127 workers whose claims are admitted and certified list were filed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the Official Liquidator's Report, the Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). No order as to costs. 1/2
