Challenging the order dated 15th November, 2017 and the order dated 9th February, 2018 the petitioners have filed these petitions. Learned Counsel for the petitioners have not disputed that against the said orders the petitioners have filed appeal against respondent No.1 in which they have also prayed for interim relief.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain these petitions and dispose of the same by directing respondent No.1 - Appellate Authority to consider and decide the petitioners' prayer for interim relief and the appeals as expeditiously as possible. As regards the consideration of prayer for interim relief and as agreed by the parties, we direct the parties to appear before respondent No.1 on 19th March, 2018, at 3 .00 p.m..

We expect that the Appellate Authority shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the prayers for 2/3
interim relief within two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before him and as regards the final hearing of the appeals it will be done as expeditiously as possible. 5.
With the aforesaid directions, the petitions are disposed of.
