This application has been taken out to amend the appeal memos in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons i.e. to delete the name of the appellant originally appearing in the cause-title and substitute it with the name of "RBS Prime Services (India) Private Limited". This change of name of the appellant has been occasioned on account of merger by order dated 18th October, 2017 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal.

All the Chamber Summons are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a).
