Mr. Ghosh states that the chamber summons is basically to bring on record the Official Liquidator of defendant No.3. Mr. Ghosh further states that the order for winding up defendant No.3 has been stayed by the Division Bench and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this chamber summons with liberty to file fresh chamber summons at the appropriate stage. Chamber summons is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
