The counsel for the plaintiffs and defendant no.3 request the following order be passed, by consent, in order to effectively implement the consent terms dated 2nd December 2014 which has been filed by the plaintiffs and defendant no.3 :- The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, shall hand over the key, along with the physical possession of the suit flat, within a period of two weeks from today to the authorized officer of defendant no.3 to sell the suit flat under the provisions of 'The Securitisation and Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest, Act, 2002, as per the said Consent Terms.

19.nms.847.2014.s.3041.2002.doc In the event, defendant no.3 is unable to, within 60 days, sell the suit flat in accordance with the said Consent Terms, defendant no.3 shall handover the said keys, along with physical possession of the suit flat, to the Court Receiver.
