We have considered Application No.1075 of 2022, by virtue of which, the Applicant-Petitioner seeks to array some new Respondents as also amend the Petition to incorporate additional facts. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we allow the same, subject to just exceptions. The newly added Respondents as mentioned in the application shall fgure as Respondent Nos.13 to 1/2
