1. There are some corrections in a draft of the Judge's order, description of the property is not as per the grant, correction in the coram. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted draft of the Judge's order along with copy of the grant, affidavit of the petitioner, draft copy of the sale transaction.

2. There are no other legal heirs to the deceased as per the facts mentioned in the petition. Hence, distribution of the sale proceed is not required.

3. Petitioner to correct draft and upload the same. Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to approve his vakalatnama.
