In terms of our earlier order which is fairly in detail and dated 16th April 2018, which followed an order of 2nd April 2018, Mr.M.P.S.Rao, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, on instructions, states that respondent nos.2 and 3 have now decided to put an end to this matter and they would release Rs.7.50 lakh within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

In the event this amount is paid, that shall be treated as full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner and thereafter there will be no obligation on the respondents to pay any further sums in relation to the subject matter of this petition. In the event the amount is not paid within two weeks, as stated before us, and which statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court,

2 of 2 16.WP.2218.2004 then, in addition to other consequences in law, the said amount shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the time it was due and payable till actual payment. The writ petition is disposed off with these directions.
