5. ia559-21.doc . When the sixth Plaintiff and the sixth Defendant died, the remaining Plaintiffs applied to the Court for bringing their legal representatives on record. The Court allowed that application on 5 April 2021 and permitted them to amend the plaint to that effect in a stipulated time. But the Plaintiffs could not do so.

2. Now, therefore, the Plaintiffs want the Court to extend the time by two more weeks from today.

3. Given the prevailing pandemic, I extend the time by two weeks. No more accommodation shall be given. The Plaintiffs shall serve the copy of the amended pleadings on the respective Counsel for the Defendants. Post the matter after two weeks.
