The matter relates to admission of the petitioner to MBBS course for the academic year 2002-03 and examination of subject of DM (Neurology) which was due to commence on 07/07/2003. By virtue of an interim order, the petitioner had appeared for the examination.

Due to passage of time, the Petition has become infructuous. We, therefore, dispose of the Petition. Rule is also disposed of. It is clarified that the petitioner's appearance in the 1/2
