Nobody has filed any appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 4. As regards respondent nos.2 and 3, there is no reply also filed. Notice made absolute against all the respondents. Applicant to take further steps in execution application within 4 weeks, failing which, execution application will stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
