Mr. Saraf relies upon an affidavit of one Jayesh Honmukhe affirmed on 24th January 2019. In the notice, the returnable date given is 24th January 2019. None for respondents though from the records and proceedings it appears that Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 on or about 28th December 2018. No reply is also filed. Therefore, notice is made absolute.
