Mr. P. G. Lad, counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 makes a statement that an appeal is provided before the Vice President, MHADA against the order impugned dated 21st January, 2022.

He assures that the Government Resolution providing such remedy of appeal shall be made available to the counsel for the petitioners within 72 hours.

In view of above statement made by counsel for the respondent No.1, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to take recourse to the remedy of appeal before the Vice President, MHADA.

If such appeal is time barred, the time spent before this Court in prosecuting the present petition be considered. 6.

The hearing of appeal, if so, preferred before the MHADA is expedited.
