Heard Mr. Saraogi and consider the affidavit in support. Mr. Saraogi gives an undertaking that office objections will be removed within two weeks. It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed by 6th July 2019, the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to this court and no application for extension or restoration of suit will be entertained.
