The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The proposed Suit is for damages. The Petition seeks leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, since the Defendant is in Hyderabad, where it has a registered office. A material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit.
