P.C:- Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Appellant and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. Perused the affidavit in support. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 13 days and to extend the time for removal of the office objections. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in S.R.JOSHI

nma-302-2019 terms of prayer clauses (b) and (b1), subject to condition that all office objections in the appeal will be removed within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. No further extension will be granted.

On the failure to remove the all office objections within the extended period, the order of dismissal dated 1st November, 2018 will stand.

Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.
