Mr. Bangur, learned Counsel appearing in support of the motion on instructions, seeks to withdraw this motion. 2.

This motion has been taken out to recall the order dated 18th September, 2017 dismissing the petitioner's appeal for non removal of office objections. Uday S. Jagtap 384-18-NMA-2=.doc directs the Revenue not to file fresh appeals and also withdraw the pending appeals where the tax effect is less than Rs.50 lakhs. 3.

Mr. Bangur, has been instructed by Mr. S.K. Vimalanathan, Commissioner Thane, CGST & CX Commissionerate to withdraw this motion as the tax effect involved in the present appeal is less than the threshold limits of Rs.50 lakhs as provided in the above circular. 4.
