The petitioners are seeking directions to include the respondent No.4 in the Education System and provide Identity Card so also to release salary grant-in-aid to respondent No.4 with effect from 15th June 2013 with appropriate increments.

The learned AGP has placed on record the order dated 4th May 2022 cancelling the approval granted to the respondent No.4 herein.

It is submitted that the said order of cancelling the approval of respondent No.4 is challenged in Writ Petition No. 3335 of 2022 by respondent No.4. In the said writ Gaikwad RD 1/2

74.WPNo.8172021.doc petition, the petitioner therein may seek relief with regard to the arrears of salary.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
