The request of the Petitioner to reconsider the order dated 30 December 2013 annexed at page 32 of the Petition is pending since January 2014.

We accordingly direct the Authority to dispose of the said Application for reconsidering the said order within a period of six weeks after hearing the Petition. 1/2

The Petitioner is directed to remain present before the Authority on 1st September 2021 at 11.00 a.m. 4.

It is made clear that we do not express any view on the merits of the said Application for reconsidering the said decision.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 6.

The order that would be passed by the Authority shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order.

If an adverse order is passed, the Petitioner would be at liberty to fle appropriate proceedings. 8.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

No order as to costs.
