Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the above Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant on merits within a period of six months from the date of this order. 3.
