Admittedly, there is an alternative and efficacious remedy to the petitioner and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In that view of the matter, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appeal before Grievance Redressal Committee. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
