Today when this matter was placed before us, in the light of the earlier statement made by Ms. Shashtri, learned AGP appearing for the State, revised Notification is placed on record. That is issued on 12th July, 2016. We take a copy of the same on record. It is marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of this notification, Mr. Agrawal states that the petitioner's request has been considered. Now the impugned communication will not survive. It is apparent from the Notification that the petitioner's request to register the order of the Deputy Registrar under Section 11(3) of the MOFA as deemed conveyance 1/2

(905) WP 1028-15 will be processed in accordance with this Notification. Once this is the admitted position, we need not keep this petition pending. It is disposed of.
