The Petitioner has already filed a Revision Application before the Respondent No.3-Minister impugning the order of the Divisional Joint Registrar dated 30.01.2018. The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of having filed the Revision Application and Application for Stay, neither of the Applications are being taken up and decided by the Minister. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since the Petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.5,70,430/- in this Court, we pass the following order:

(i) Respondent No.7-Minister shall decide the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner expeditiously and preferably within four months from today.

(ii) The Respondent No.1 and Respondent Authorities shall not 1/2

(29) WPL 812-18 take steps as against the Petitioner on the basis of the impugned order of the Divisional Joint Registrar until the disposal of the Revision Application and for a period of three weeks thereafter. (iii) It is clarified that this order is only qua the Petitioner and Respondent No.1-Society and Respondent Authorities would be at liberty to proceed against Respondent Nos.8 to 14 in accordance with law.
