.

We have heard learned counsels for the parties. Learned counsels for the parties are ad-idem that in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in Union of India and others Vs. Cosmo Films Limited in Civil Appeal No.290 of 2023, the present proceedings would not require any further adjudication. They would, however, urge that the issue in regard to interest be kept open, as and when they need to urge contentions in that regard would arise. 2.

We, accordingly, dispose of these petitions accepting the submission as made on behalf of the Petitioners. However, keeping open all contentions of the Petitioners on issue of interest.

3.

Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.

In view of disposal of writ petitions, Interim Application No.7 of 2020 does not survive and hence, it is also disposed of. 5.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. [JITENDRA JAIN, J.] [G. S. KULKARNI, J.]
