The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the Plaintiffs and by the Defendant and their respective Advocates. Plaintiff No. 2 and the Defendant are personally present in Court and are identified by their Advocates. 2.

I have seen the Consent Terms. They appear to be in order. I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are entered into by the parties

4-TS16-16.DOC without any pressure or coercion, that they are not contrary to law and that they reflect the true intention of the parties. 3.

In view thereof, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 4.

Annexed to the Consent Terms is a scanned copy of a letter dated 13th April 2016. It is agreed between the parties that the original when received from London will be filed with the Registry citing this order.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. The Registry is directed to issue the probate expeditiously and on priority basis on production of an authenticated copy of this order.
