The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the facts of this case are similar of the facts of the case in Writ Petition No.2222 of Therefore, for the reasons separately recorded in Writ Petition No.2222 of 2014, this petition is rejected. Ad-interim relief which is operative till today is extended by a period of ten weeks from today.
