Heard. Mr Joshi states that he has complied with the directions contained in the previous order dated 12th April 2017. It is confirmed that the Court Receiver has taken physical possession of the suit premises No. 904. Details of the unit purchasers mentioned at Serial Nos. 1, 5 to 10, 15, 20 and 21 of the list mentioned in paragraph 5 have also been provided to the Advocates for the Petitioners. This sufficiently takes care of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Report.
